Training: Get more out of LinkedIn for advanced beginners

· have a LinkedIn profile, do something with it, but not enough and you want to know how you can become more and better on LinkedIn. You want to be more visible and findable and you want to know how best to approach this.

· wants to apply what you learn in practice. You want to get started right away, improve your profile immediately and be inspired about what else you can do and show on LinkedIn. And that is exactly what we are going to do.
This online live training consists of 3 parts.
Session 1: Create a SEXY* LinkedIn Profile (personal branding)
After this session
· You know how to create a professional and SEXY * LinkedIn Profile,
· You have a new headline + you know what is important to your profile,
· do you know why and for whom you are on LinkedIn and how to make your best first impression there,
· You know the structure of LinkedIn and how you can use it,
· you know how best to profile yourself as an introverted entrepreneur / enterprising professional, how to build your network sustainably and how to attract potential customers.
Session 2: LinkedIn as a growth strategy for your company
Creating and writing your SEXY* LinkedIn Profile is a start. Now we move on to more! In this session I share strategies with you about:
· Increasing your network in several ways,
· Creating and sharing valuable content, which you involve your network
· Searching and finding your target audience,
· What effect the Liking, sharing and responding to messages in your network,
· How the algorithm you work late,
· How to use LinkedIn to get people on your mailing list,
· How to keep the impact of your messages,
· How to deal with #hashtags (and this is very different from Instagram)
· The use of links to your blog, website and registration forms.
Session 3: Q&A – Q&A about all your personal experiences on LinkedIn
At the end of the second session you will receive: as homework, to start searching and connecting with your target group, to start posting content, to like and respond to messages and to monitor the effect of your messages.
You will have 15 minutes to give a presentation about what you have done, after which you will receive feedback from the trainer.
Maybe everything works right away, maybe you just get more questions. You can ask those questions in this session.

Who is this training suitable for?
The training is aimed at entrepreneurs and enterprising professionals who are introverted and who are already familiar with LinkedIn and now want to know more about it. The training goes deeper into the way LinkedIn works and how you can make the best use of it so that you also get leads and assignments from LinkedIn.

Does my LinkedIn Profile have to be filled in completely?
No that is not necessary. It is good to have your last 10 professional years listed on your profile. In the training I teach you exactly what you put where and how.

How much time do I spend on this training?
The 3 live online sessions last 3.5 hours each. You will have time during the sessions to work on certain parts (such as your headline and the 'INFO' section, your content calendar). If you don't finish it during the scheduled time, you can continue on your own time afterwards.
You will apply other things that you learn after the training. In the second session you will be given homework, which we will discuss in the third session.

How can I participate in this online live training?
After you have registered and paid, you will receive a confirmation and an invoice. A few days before the start you will receive a link to a Zoom meeting. Preferably you participate via a laptop or computer. This workshop is not suitable for a tablet or smartphone.

What is included in the training?
The training consists of three sessions of 3.5 hours, which are recorded so that you can watch it again later. Within 24 hours after each session, you will receive a link to a webpage with a personal password and the video.
For each session you will receive workbooks in PDF form which you can print and in which you can take your notes.
You get additional videos to watch and do as preparation, such as:
- a video about your LinkedIn Settings & Privacy,
- a video about your contact details,
- how to put your profile in another language..

Why do you give these trainings online?
It is my mission to help Introverted Entrepreneurs to get more out of LinkedIn. As far as I'm concerned, LinkedIn is the fairest platform for entrepreneurs to network, to distribute content and to generate leads. The algorithm is just right.
What I think is really cool is that a post on LinkedIn can live for 14 days. You can't do that with Facebook, Instagram or Twitter. If a post scores well, it will even be read and rated by a human at LinkedIn. If your content has been approved, your post will get an extra boost. You don't see that anywhere else.
I also think that you can build a very valuable network. Especially if you are introverted and don't like to network , this is an excellent platform for making business connections. That is also what I teach you in this training; that you can confidently connect with people you are about to meet.
You now notice in the Corona time that many people are online and would like to connect with you. The world is getting smaller and smaller and you choose which people are in your world. How cool is that!
